While our platform is digital first to make your patient experience convenient and accessible from the comforts of home, through our clinical partnerships, we do have in-person treatment options available.

Yes, your medical team may provide you with a prescription for medications that you can take to any pharmacy of your choosing. We do offer convenient at-home service through our pharmacy partnerships.

We charge an initial program fee of $99. This covers:

1. Your initial video visit with your healthcare practitioner.
2. Comprehensive clinical review of your eligibility
3. Laboratory requisition for comprehensive intake blood work
4. Review of your laboratory results and creation of your customized treatment plan
5. Referrals to specialty clinics and specialists as required

Upon commencement of the program, you will receive the following monthly services as part of your subscription.

1. Clinical review by a licensed Subspecialists depending your treating condition
2. Clinical Review by a licensed Naturopathic Doctor
3. Monthly follow-up visits with a healthcare practitioner to monitor your progress and make any adjustments to your treatment to make sure it is working for you. 
4. Unlimited access to nursing staff and client care coordinators 
5. Monthly sessions with the following providers:

1. Dietician/Nutritionist
2. Clinical Psychologist/Social Worker
3. Physiotherapist/Kinesiologist
4. Naturopathic Doctor

6. Access to membership portal with self-directed educational content

7. Laboratory requisitions every 3 months to track your progress

The success of our program is rooted in the 360-degree approach we take to your health. The first comprehensive lab testing will act as a baseline. We assess your current state of health and organ function, as well as risk factors for the development of chronic diseases. Throughout the program, you will be treated by medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, nurses, dieticians, nutritionists, psychologists, social workers, physiotherapists, kinesiologists and wellness coaches to optimize your health. Treatments include a combination of probiotics, supplements, prescribed medications, dietary recommendations and lifestyle changes. We check your blood work every 3 months to monitor your profgress

Yes, we offer a full suite of at-home testing. All requisitions and necessary documentation for reimbursement are included in your membership fee.

We accept all major credit cards.

Patients with private drug plans and extended health benefits may be eligible for coverage through FSA/HSA. Insurance plans may vary. Our clinical care coordinators will provide official receipts for all eligible services.

Prescription medications can be filled at any pharmacy and we suggest you provide them with your private and/or government benefit card.

Laboratory investigations provided on a government laboratory requisition will be covered with a valid health card by the servicing lab.

Some insurance providers may cover at-home laboratory investigations. 

Online visits can be done via phone, video or secure instant messaging through our proprietary platform.
